Application Deadline

Approval Process

The Directors hold two meetings each year to consider grant proposals for that year.

After the board meeting, the Foundation will notify all Applicants of the Board’s decisions.

Application Deadlines

Applications for the Spring Process must be received no later than February 1.

Applications for the Fall Process must be received no later than September 15.

Not All Projects Can Be Funded

The Board of Directors has responsibility for the final approval of each grant. Since the Foundation receives funding requests far in excess of its ability to fund, only a small portion of requests can be approved. A decision not to fund a proposal does not reflect on the merits of the Applicant or the value of the proposal.

No Commemorative Gifts, Please

The Foundation desires that all resources of any Grantee be dedicated to accomplishing its philanthropic purposes. Accordingly, the Foundation requests that the Grantee not recognize the Foundation, its board members, or staff with any commemorative gifts.
